Severe Kindness

WHEN one of my moms' friend came over with her family for dinner last Friday, she saw me and screamed "Yayyyy!" Hahaha that was really nice. She's a really kooky and very humble and generous and extremely funny woman, and never fails to crack me up with her jokes.

She even gave me a gift. Guess what she bought? A Bobbi Brown make up kit in the picture above. She said "Aunty rasa awak dah takyah belajar dah sekarang, belajar nak jadi cantik je lah eh" And we laughed. Trust me, i havent got the slightest idea on how to wear make up. I've never worn any of it outside home, not even eyeliner. Seriously. Guess i might have to start now ehe ehe ehe

Her husband also came over for dinner, but they came separately since he came from his workplace. And when he came, he brought over tonnes of bread from The Loaf.

And trust me, my eyes immediately popped. Like this =
Before seeing bread --> -.-
After seeing bread --> O.O

I've been craving bread from The Loaf for about two weeks now, since i have this habit of going into their shop at Pavillion during lunch hour just to indulge in the sweet, savoury, delicate smell of fresh bread, but i never buy them since they are rather expensive and i dont bring that much money with me to work.

That's what i do, i go in the store with a hungry stomach and i see all these gorgeous brown bread arranged all around me with the most beautiful aroma hanging in the air but i dont buy them. And i leave the store, even hungrier than before.

So you can imagine my delight when i saw him carrying that blue paper bag filled with delicious bread.

But no, as if that was'nt enough Uncle S- even managed to get a hold of The Loafs' privilege card and, out of severe kindness, he registered the card under my name. Yes, my name, not his name, not my moms' name, but my name. My name. Complete with my I/C number and my birthdate.

Ah, not to mention, those with The Loaf's privilege cards get special prices on certain bread products. Can i just say, YES! Alhamdulillah, hih. I can haz my bread for lunch now.

I was so so so touched by that gesture. It was unbelieveable.
How many people would even do that? I have no idea.
How many people would do that? Let alone for a young girl who hasnt even turned 18 yet.
I. Have. No. Idea.

Truly, truly i thought that was just one amazing act of kindness and generousity.
So thank you, thank you, thank you. It was mindblowing
: ) //

Thank you, bcs truly there's nothing else left i can say.
You guys are the best!
